Responsibilities & Context:
Identifying the hiring needs of the organization and creating job descriptions.
Writing and posting job advertisement on various job portals, social media platforms, and other relevant sources to attract potential candidates.
Reviewing resumes and applications and conducting pre-screening interviews to assess the candidate’s suitability for the job.
Ensuring all recruitment processes comply with legal requirements and regulations.
Developing, Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
Ensuring onboarding process & conduct induction programs to provide information about the company, its policies and procedures.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records using HRIS to manage employee data.
Maintaining records and documentation as required.
