Responsibilities & Context:
  • Process monthly payroll for factory workers and staff accurately and on time. Ensure proper calculation of overtime, bonus, deductions, and allowances.
  • Maintain overall payroll records and resolve any payroll-related discrepancies.
  • Managing gratuities, provident fund contributions, and employee benefits, ensuring compliance with labour regulations and corporate policy.
  • Maintain compliance with the Factories Act, Bangladesh Labour Law, and other laws by tracking and updating factory records and communicating with government officials, labor inspectors, and auditors.
  • Managing administrative tasks related to manufacturing operations, including employee schedules, leave logs, and attendance, while also ensuring the cleanliness, security, and upkeep of the building.
  • Managing factory worker recruitment, on boarding, orientation, addressing grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution, while also conducting safety, compliance, and company policy training sessions.
  • Maintaining regular communication with local administration. Regularly monitor the functioning of all sections.
  • Manage employee records, attendance, and leave management using HRM.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook and Handle employee relations matters and grievance resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
