Responsibilities & Context:
To conduct worker absenteeism counselling
To handle worker’s grievance and ensure wellbeing
To coordinate monthly orientation and training programs for new and existing employees
To ensure health, hygiene & safety compliance
To maintain liaison between management & workers
To arrange and conduct PC committee meetings, safety committee meeting, anti harassment committee meeting
To support compliance audits (social, technical, CTPAT, buyer audits)
To ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, Fire & Safety rules, and buyer Code of Conduct
To ensure compliance related documentations
To ensure proper implementation of welfare facilities: medical services, canteen, day-care, drinking water, rest area, etc.
