Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist management employees in the preparation and submission of visa applications.
∎ Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
∎ Liaise with government authorities and embassy officials to facilitate the visa application process.
∎ Ensure compliance with local and international visa regulations.
∎ Maintain accurate and organized records of visa applications and approvals.
∎ Communicate with foreign employees or visitors regarding the status of their visa applications.
∎ Provide guidance and assistance on visa-related matters.
∎ Collaborate with other departments within the textile factory to gather necessary information for visa applications.
∎ Coordinate with external agencies, if necessary, to facilitate the visa process.
∎ Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the visa application process.
∎ Work closely with relevant authorities to resolve visa-related problems.
∎ Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and proactively adapt processes accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males & females are allowed to apply.
∎ Previous experience in visa processing or a related field is preferred.
∎ Strong knowledge of visa regulations and procedures.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Attention to detail and organizational skills.Job Location: Sreepur, Gazipur.
