Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

The Coordinator & Protocol Officer will support the Chairman and senior management by handling visa processing, travel arrangements, protocol coordination, official correspondence, scheduling, and administrative support. The role also involves organizing official events and acting as Personal Secretary to the Chairman, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of management directives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle visa processing and related documentation.

  • Manage air ticket reservations and hotel bookings.

  • Coordinate airport protocol and related arrangements.

  • Manage official email correspondence.

  • Provide logistical and administrative support.

  • Schedule and coordinating appointments.

  • Assist in the organization and coordination of diplomatic and official events.

  • Act as Personal Secretary to the Chairman and carrying out instructions from management as and when required.

  • Any other tasks assigned by management.
