• On hand experience on Solar Power Plant/ Any power plant will get preference.

• Strong knowledge of PV module mounting systems (both fixed and tracking).

• Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication, assembly, and erection works.

• Sound knowledge of construction equipment and heavy machinery used at project sites.

• Proficiency in reading, understanding, and interpreting Civil and Structural drawings.

• Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Job Context:

We are looking a dynamic and responsible "Assistant Manager” in Mechanical Department for our solar power plant projects located in Pabna.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee installation of PV Module Mounting Structures, PV Modules, Gantry Structures, Towers, and other related mechanical components.

• Ensure optimum utilization and deployment of manpower, tools, and heavy equipment (such as cranes, piling rigs, etc.) to maintain project timelines.

• Coordinate timely delivery, receiving, handling, and secure storage of all mechanical materials at site.

• Work closely with Civil and Electrical teams to ensure smooth coordination between foundation works, structure erection, and subsequent DC/AC cabling activities.

• Ensure Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) through regular inspection, testing, structural alignment checks, module inspection, and proper documentation.

• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards at the project site.

• Ensure all mechanical works are executed in compliance with technical specifications and contractual requirements.
