• Bachelor of Science (BSc)/Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Power, Renewable Energy from BUET, KUET, RUET & CUET.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power

• Age At most 35 years

• On hand experience on Solar Power Plant/ Any power plant will get preference.

• Practical knowledge of 132/33kv Sub-Station project execution.

• Practical Knowledge in SCADA and its networking.Good experience in project management system.

• The candidate must be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.Willing to work in an extended time.

• Good skill in PowerPoint presentation.

Job Context:

We are looking a dynamic and responsible " Sr. Engineer/ Asst. Manage- Project” in Electrical Department for our Paramount Solar Limited, a sister concern of Paramount Group.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing tender documents, including technical specifications, BOQ, and compliance sheets.

• Ensure all tender submissions and project documents are accurate, updated, and aligned with requirements.

• Liaise with PGCB and BPDB authority to ensure smooth operation, including equipment suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to coordinate activities and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Gantt charts and prepare periodic project progress reports & identify variances and discuss corrective actions with plant manager.

• Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal teams, clients, consultants, OEMs, and vendors throughout project execution.

• Review technical specifications and ensure all project activities meet required quality standards in coordination with QC/engineering teams.

• Prepare monthly revenue bills accurately and follow up with BPDB and other stakeholders for timely approval and release.

• Manage warranty claims by ensuring timely submission, follow-up, coordination with OEMs/vendors, and proper recordkeeping.

• Monitor plant performance data, analyze results, and prepare analytical, management, and project performance reports for decision-making.

• Prepare & Ensure timely submission of all required internal & external project related reports.
