Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 38 years
  • On hand experience on Solar Power Plant Project/ Any power plant project will get preference.

  • Practical knowledge of 132/33kv Sub-Station project execution.

  • Practical Knowledge in SCADA and its networking.

  • Good experience in project management system.

  • The candidate must be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.

  • Willing to work in an extended time.

  • Mindset to work in project cites.

  • Good skill in PowerPoint presentation.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are looking a dynamic and responsible "Assistant/Manager” in the Electrical Department for our solar power plant projects located in Pabna, Lalmonirhat & Moulvibazar.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities, including monitoring performance metrics, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment, including scheduling preventive maintenance and coordinating corrective maintenance activities.

  • Liaise with Local PGCB and BPDB authority to ensure smooth operation, including equipment suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to coordinate activities and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

  • Prepare Monthly Energy Meter Reading, Monthly Report, and Generation Analysis Report.

  • Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all personnel, including conducting regular safety audits and training programs.

  • Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of performance and adherence to safety protocols.

  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions to optimize energy production and efficiency.

  • Develop and manage the O&M budget, including forecasting expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

  • Prepare regular reports on O&M activities, performance metrics, and budgetary matters for management and stakeholders.

  • Document and share lessons learned from O&M and asset management activities to improve processes, efficiency, and decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, including waste management, pollution prevention, and resource conservation, to minimize the environmental impact of solar farm operations.
