Education:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ MBA/ Masters in any discipline from any reputed public or private university.
∎ Training/ Trade Course: Any certification in Garments Technology/ Textile Engineering/ Industrial Engineering will be preferred.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed in case of really experienced candidate.

∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good communication skill.
∎ Self-motivated, responsible and goal oriented.
∎ Should have good skill on report writing and presentation.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong communication abilities in Bangla and English both oral and written.
∎ Computer literacy especially in office packages is must.
∎ Should have modern system adaptability & creativity.
∎ Should have honesty & integrity, positive and flexible attitude.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the Shoe.
∎ Make Q.C inspection plan with production and material department.
∎ Responsible for quality assurance/ quality control in the factory.
∎ Facilitate proactive solution by collecting and analyzing data.
∎ Setting Q.A team and ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Able to work in cross-functional environment.
∎ Managing a team of people and is able to train and develop associates.
∎ To provide technical solutions and trouble shootings to production team.
∎ Propose/ implement strategic improvements in quality process.
∎ Prepare different reports and submit to the superior(s).
∎ Have to perform other duties & responsibilities as when assigned by the superior(s).
