Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • PGDHRM will be given preference.

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Proven ability to design and track KPIs for different departments.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; HRIS experience preferred.

  • Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.



Responsibilities & Context:

Performance Tracking & Analysis

    • Monitor and track departmental and individual KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
    • Identify underperformance patterns and analyze root causes (skill gaps, process bottlenecks, resource issues, etc.).
    • Work closely with department heads to address performance gaps.

Improvement Plans & Follow-up

    • Develop targeted performance improvement plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees.
    • Follow up on action plans to ensure sustainable improvement.
    • Document all follow-up actions and report progress to management.

Job Role Standards & KPI Setting

    • Collaborate with managers to define minimum performance requirements for each role.
    • Create clear KPI frameworks for each position based on business priorities.
    • Regularly review and update KPIs to align with company goals and market changes.

Performance Review & Engagement

    • Organize and facilitate performance review meetings.
    • Provide guidance to managers on delivering constructive feedback.
    • Ensure the process is transparent, fair, and linked to incentives, promotions, or corrective actions.

HR Data & Reporting

    • Prepare detailed performance reports highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Present actionable insights to senior management.
