Responsibilities & Context:
Financial Reporting & Closing: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
Accounting Operations: Overseeing daily functions such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to financial laws, tax requirements, and internal policies.
Budgeting & Analysis: Developing budgets, forecasting future performance, and analyzing budget variances to improve financial performance.
Internal Controls: Designing and implementing controls to ensure data integrity and safeguard company assets.
Audit Coordination: Managing internal and external audits to ensure accuracy.
