Responsibilities & Context:
Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, or company systems (OP, Odoo and Lark) accurately
Update existing records with new information
Verify data before submission to ensure correctness
Organize digital and physical files systematically
Ensure data confidentiality and security
Assist other departments with data-related tasks
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Assist in invoice preparation and verification
