∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Excel

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plz don't apply if you don't have Performance Management/KPI experience.
∎ Facilitate to process of Performance Management that measures performance and supports achievement of Business goals.
∎ Facilitate to goal setting and revision of KRAs with Department/ Business Unit Heads annually.
∎ Collect performance data from concern department/Business unit on timely basis for preparation of performance MIS.
∎ Verify /validate provided data for accurate presentation of performance graph.
∎ Proper documentation of all appraisal forms, feedback, letters etc. for all Employees of the organization.
∎ Facilitation of performance reviews through emails, notice boards, etc, as well and ensure a feedback mechanism is implemented and utilized effectively.
∎ Preparation of MIS of eligible employees at the end of every year as per policy guidelines.
