Experience:
Strong analytical and numerical ability.
Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for factory and head office employees (staff and workers).
Bonus, overtime and other necessary calculation, Final settlement calculation for resigned, dismissal & termination.
Salary survey twice in a year June & December.
Ensure accurate calculation of gross salary, deductions (tax, advances, Loan etc.), and net pay.
Coordinate with the production/HR team to maintain and verify daily attendance, overtime, and shift records.
Prepare reports on absenteeism, late arrivals, and shift patterns, Follow-up working hour limit.
Prepare Insurance Pragati / Bio Metrics (BLMEA).
Coordinate with the accounts/finance department for salary disbursement via bank or cash.
Prepare monthly salary statements, pay slips, and payroll reconciliation reports.
Maintain accurate employee records (personal details, wage structure, statutory details, etc.) in HRMS/ payroll MAXIT software.
Update employee records on joining, resignation, increment, promotion, or transfer, Salary Certificate.
Ensure proper documentation of full & final settlements for resigned/ Lefty employees.
Support internal and external payroll audits with necessary reports and documentation.
Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and pay slips.
Ensure that all new employee salary accounts are opened and properly linked with their contracts and payroll records.
Maintain employee records, personal files, HRIS data, attendance, and leave management.
Handle corporate SIM, business cards, bank accounts, and payroll-related services.
Prepare bills, office notices, NOC, and experience certificates.
HRIS management, attendance & leave management, personal information and personal file management.
Implement and monitor payroll control procedures to minimize errors and fraud.
Any other task assigned by management.
