Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll processing & C&B in a large manufacturing or RMG/Textile group
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law
Working experience & proficiency in MS Excel, payroll software, and ERP modules
Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our HR & Admin team as an Executive/Sr. Executive – Payroll. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) administration in compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law. This role is factory-based and requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and labor law knowledge. The incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to below mentioned responsibilities & duties:
Process monthly payroll including salary, bonuses, overtime, and deductions with 100% accuracy.
Maintain and update employee attendance, leave, and overtime records from manual or automated sources.
Ensure accurate calculation and disbursement of wages and salaries through bank or cash.
Administer employee benefits such as festival bonuses, gratuity, service benefits, etc.
Manage payroll-related queries, complaints, and discrepancies professionally and timely.
Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and internal company policies.
Prepare and submit all statutory reports including income tax, PF, and other government contributions.
Assist in payroll audits and ensure all payroll documentation is properly maintained and filed.
Work closely with the accounts and compliance team during audits and inspections.
Provide payroll-related MIS reports and summaries to management when required.
