∎ Age 28 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and implement all HR policies and procedures for recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, and developing the HR information system issued by the head office.
∎ Screen CVs based on job requirements, coordinate interviews, prepare a top sheet for each selected employee, and send it to the head office.
∎ Manage HR and administrative departmental functions, including office timing, leave management, grievance management, and disciplinary functions.
∎ Prepare day labor or casual staffs salary sheet and overtime and send it to the concerned authority.
∎ Maintain effective liaison with Sylhet hi-tech authority and strong community engagement.
∎ Update the day-to-day employee HR database.
∎ Monitoring and supervising overall HR and administrative departmental activities.
∎ Maintain personal files, performance appraisal, and confirmation activity.
∎ Responsible for implementing the decisions of the management and achieving the goals of the company.
∎ Liaison between the top management and departmental heads and keeping up date information to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Maintain and monitoring service staff activities like cleaners, Peon, Driver, Fire Fighter, Security & other non-management staff activities.
∎ Keep liaison with Local Law enforcing agencies, City Corporation Office, Local elites in case of need
