Experience:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Management from a reputed university.
PGDHRM / Diploma in HR will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, payroll coordination and HRIS management (preferably in a pharmaceutical company).
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 (amended 2018) and HR policies.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS/HRMS software and ERP systems. Skills in SAP operations will be an added advantage.
High level of integrity, accuracy and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Candidate should be career focused, pro-active, team player and well proficiency in computer literacy
Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels in a multi-cultural environment

Job Responsibilities
Handle onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, separation, and other employment-related processes.
Ensure timely preparation and issuance of appointment, confirmation, transfer, and release letters.
Maintain employee personal files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Monitor daily attendance, leave applications, and overtime data for both factory and corporate employees.
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS / HRIS software.
Assist in HRMS data entry, validation, and troubleshooting.
Generate periodic reports (headcount, attendance, turnover, etc.) from HRMS.
Maintain statutory registers, employee database, and HR reports as per labor law requirements.
Prepare and submit HR-related MIS and analytical reports to management.
Assist HR management in various projects and audits.
Process employee separation cases in accordance with company policy and Bangladesh Labour Law.
Calculate and verify FnF settlements including unpaid salary, leave encashment, bonus, gratuity, and deductions.
Coordinate with respective departments (Accounts, IT, Admin, etc.) for clearance formalities.
Prepare and issue final settlement statements, experience letters, and release letters.
Maintain FnF records and ensure timely completion of all exit-related activities.
Support exit interviews and feedback documentation for improvement initiatives.
