HR Operations, Recruitment & Selection
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work in cooperation with the Group UAE HR to implement HR policies and procedures across OPCO Bangladesh
∎ Ensure 100% compliance of all company policies and procedures.
∎ Consistently monitor processes, systems and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
∎ Maintain and ensure implementation of all HR related paperwork and filing.
∎ Sound Knowledge Recruitment Process, HRIS Software, Employees Tax calculation, Employees Engagement, Performance Management System
∎ Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
∎ Work in cooperation with the Group HR to develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure a seamless service through nurturing in-house talent.
∎ Hold grievance and disciplinary investigation meetings, ensuring confidentiality.
∎ Prepare Employees Salary sheet & ETO salary Process
∎ Design and support initiatives to promote employee engagement, retention and motivation.
∎ Administer the payroll function for the OPCO and maintain accurate records relating to staff.
∎ Carry out regular review of completeness and accuracy of personnel records
∎ Coordinate with Line Managers on employee 'change of status' and provide action sheets
∎ Any other work that arises or is assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ * Any Facilities Management experience will be preferred.
Salary: Negotiable
