Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Diploma in Electrical
∎ Skills Required: Electrical Maintenance, electrical mechanical services and emergency systems, facility management, HVAC
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the operation and monitoring of electronic building management equipment involving energy, critical safety and maintenance management systems.
∎ Prepare and produce reports in respect of the operation of BMS, as required.
∎ Keep accurate and timely records of servicing of plant and equipment, also planned preventative maintenance system and site asset register.
∎ Receive data for processing by building management system. Accurate data entry.
∎ Accesses and edits high priority files, programs, applications and modifies specialized software.
∎ Carry out training in equipment operation and in use of maintenance management systems components, procedures and applications.
∎ Develops and maintains operating procedures manual.
∎ Perform minor repairs/modifications as appropriate, document incidents correctly and promptly.
∎ Immediately notify the supervisor of any safety issues or concerns. Maintain a safe place of work. Health and Safety policies and practices are essential to this role and are a condition of employment.
∎ Strong teamwork ethic and promotion of customer service excellence. Strong customer service focus.
∎ Carry out, to the best of your ability, all tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.
∎ Always maintain a clean and tidy appearance. Uniform must be worn and should be clean and in a good state of repair.
∎ Comply with all processes and procedures (Human Resources, HSEQ, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Operations) which include compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the local labor law.
∎ Any other work that arises or is assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of the building management operating system, digital computer and HVAC building systems.
∎ Knowledge of building management fire alarm system and related emergency procedures.
∎ Knowledge of the general functions and named parts of all building management system hardware.
∎ Knowledge of various system applications and their capabilities.
∎ Knowledge of the causes of data rejection, or error and how to remedy.
∎ Able to understand and construct computer generated graphics
∎ Ability to operate computer consoles and peripheral data processing equipment.
∎ Able to develop work procedures for data processing projects.
∎ Ability to develop work procedures to process data processing projects.
∎ Act as instructor to operators in equipment use and capabilities.
∎ Ability to work a variety of hours including holidays and weekends.
∎ Able to understand and carry out detailed verbal and written instructions.
∎ Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing.
∎ Accurate and quick data processing skills.
