Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute performance tests to assess employee capabilities, competencies, and job-related skills.
∎ Utilize performance testing tools, assessments, and simulations to evaluate employee performance in various scenarios.
∎ Analyze performance test results to identify areas of strength, improvement, and development for individual employees and teams.
∎ Provide detailed feedback and insights to departmental managers based on performance assessments.
∎ Collaborate with departmental managers to design personalized development plans for employees based on performance test results.
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment testing strategy that aligns with the organization's talent acquisition goals.
∎ Design and administer various recruitment tests, including aptitude tests, technical assessments, and personality assessments.
∎ Any other task assigned by management time to time.
