Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for different departments, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives.
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team in executing operational and strategic plans.
∎ Implementing and monitoring the Company’s codes of conduct Developing and executing sustainable Corrective Action Plans (CAP) with Internal Audit Team.
∎ Supervise the Operation, Admin & Compliance team for all kinds of documents & how to develop them Candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and communication.
∎ Organize and coordinate written tests, interviews, or applicable assessments.
∎ Facilitate new joiner’s onboarding Track, update, and execute employment transitional-related work, e.g. probationary assessment, transfer, separation, etc.
∎ Maintain employee’s database in the system, personal files, and other records effectively and efficiently Recommend improvements to existing compliance processes to ensure efficiency, reduce risk, and improve overall organizational compliance.
∎ Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale and reduce turnover.
∎ Supporting the change management process.Monitor employee performance, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback in collaboration with supervisors.
∎ Must have to create training module and provide the training with proper documents.
∎ Fully Responsible for PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) of PIMA SISS Ltd.
∎ Maintain the process and outcomes properly.
∎ Administering employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, new starter packs, or formal notices of termination for all Department.
∎ Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
∎ Manage timekeeping systems and oversee attendance, overtime, and leave records.
∎ Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization Standardize and maintain organizational filing and record-keeping systems.
∎ Safeguard legal and confidential documents. Manage employment contracts, insurance, and other legal matters.
