Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing & implementing HR policies, aligned with organizational goals, & in compliance with professional standards, government regulatory requirements & laws.
∎ Developing recruitment strategies to proactively search for a diverse pool using various recruiting methods (direct sourcing, internal recruitment, web-based, print media, social media, etc.)
∎ Managing the staffing process including allocation of workload by overseeing the activity & results of the team including posting requisitions, candidate sourcing, managing and screening of candidate flow, interview scheduling, candidate interviews, offering, per-employment screening, requisition closing, new hire orientation & follow-up.
∎ Planning, coordinating & executing employee compensation, benefits, leave management & relations with the company.
∎ Developing training modules & conducting training programs as a part of employee engagement.
∎ Analyzing statistical data & reports to identify & determine causes of personnel problems & develop recommendations for improvement of the organization's personnel policies & practices.
∎ Assisted the management in setting up the company in Bangladesh including permission/registration, company’s bank account opening, TIN, VAT registration etc.
∎ Ensuring the general administration function of the company.
∎ Or Any other job allocated by the Management.
