Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check and verify bill vouchers for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions & Carry out regular audits across different functions of the organization by covering operational, financial, and internal control perspectives.
∎ Prepare periodic, comprehensive audit reports for management reviews for Completing audit field work as per working schedule.
∎ To check and verify all sorts of requisition, delivery challans, bills, vouchers, etc.
∎ To prepare an audit finding report with the necessary analysis and comparison like Check cash/ bank/ journal voucher and entries.
∎ To maintain a proper documentation system for future reference, prepare working papers recording and summarizing audit procedures as performed
∎ To ensure physical verification of cash and stock as required or advised.
∎ To do the market survey as and when required, market survey & quotation collection to verify procured items.
∎ Physical verification of fixed assets and store items, obtain analysis and evaluate accounting documents financial document.
∎ To assist in developing or modifying the audit policy of the group review relevant security policies and procedures from time to time. Capable to find out discrepancy of every dealing and record and report timely.
∎ Reporting to higher management on weekly and monthly basis, check inventory in regular basis.
∎ To monitor internal control system closely. And Performing all reconciliations and analytical procedures.
∎ To perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time,

∎ Age 32 to 37 years
