∎ Age 25 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement and execute sales strategies for the area to increase market share and profitability on a sustainable basis.
∎ Visit different areas/ territories as per route plan and areas for addressing operational problem and report it to the Management.
∎ Analyze competitor activities and utilize comparative advantages.
∎ Report competitor activities to provide sales and coverage development plan for the area.
∎ Ensure on the job training for the SOs.
∎ Address the functional issues for the area by visiting the area markets as per route plan.
∎ Monitor the SOs in timely product lifting for the area from the respective DB point, reaching to the retailers and monitor on daily basis.
∎ Find and peruse new distributors (and subsequently replacing previous distributor) and ensure the DB Appointment process is as per compliance.
∎ Maintain inventory registration book and communicate to the line manager accordingly.
∎ Communicate distributor performance for categorization.
∎ Increase market coverage by confirming maximum number of outlets for the area.
∎ Identify and report key prospect territories and locations on the basis of growth–share matrix.
∎ Drive team to conform with the policy and procedures standards in respect of control mechanism.
∎ Prepare and submit Daily Sales Report of the Area to the management.
