Responsibilities & Context:
Commercial & Business Development
Market Penetration: Identify and cultivate sales opportunities through rigorous market mapping and lead generation.
Revenue Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle from initial sourcing to, negotiation, deal closing and maintain post sales customer relation.
Account Stewardship: Acting as a consultant to ensure long-term client retention and maximize lifetime value (LTV).
Marketing & Brand Strategy
Technical Communication: Have well understanding of professional marketing collateral, including technical datasheets, brochures, and digital content, ensuring 100% alignment with brand guidelines. Candidate should have eagerness for continuous learning and remain up to date to all new product features.
Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing benchmarking of industry trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for pricing and product positioning.
Operational Excellence
Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with internal departments and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and post-sale support.
III. Candidate Profile
Academic Background: Graduate from reputed institutes (preferably science background) or diploma from polytechnic institutions.
Professional Experience: 2–3 years (Executive) or 4+ years (Senior Executive) of experience, ideally within the Radiology Imaging Equipment especially in x-ray based imaging systems (x-ray / c-arm / OPG etc.).
Core Competencies:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word / Excel).
Strong negotiation skills with the eagerness to engage in technical discussion.
