Administration, Analitical Skill, Communication, Computer skill, traning and development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Maintenances personnel file and records keeping.
∎ To Guest & Guest House administration Maintenance Issue form factory.
∎ To guidance Factory visitors form HO and others.
∎ To ensure visitors accommodations, food, vehicle and others facilities.
∎ Have sound knowledge about housekeeping Management.
∎ Update internal database with new recruitment and personnel management.
∎ Manage daily HR services included training and development, strategic
∎ planning, talent acquisition and retention.
∎ Work for employee benefits, wages and payroll administration.
∎ To prepared late, leave and attendance Report for management.
∎ Prepare HR relevant reports weekly, monthly, quarterly and early.
∎ Ensure the accurate processing of staff appointment, transfers, promotions and
∎ terminations as per company policy.
∎ To all maintain all data records papers about recruitment and selection, wages, over time and allowances.
∎ Prepare employee ID card, business card, employment letters etc.
∎ To Maintain all official internal & external permanent assets.
∎ Any other additional task assigned by the company management

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
