Responsibilities & Context:
Facilitate to process of Performance Management that measures performance and supports achievement of Business goals.
Facilitate to goal setting and revision of KRAs with Department/ Business Unit Heads annually.
Collect performance data from concern department/Business unit on timely basis for preparation of performance MIS.
Verify /validate provided data for accurate presentation of performance graph.
Proper documentation of all appraisal forms, feedback, letters etc. for all Employees of the organization.
Facilitation of performance reviews through emails, notice boards, etc, as well and ensure a feedback mechanism is implemented and utilized effectively.
Preparation of MIS of eligible employees at the end of every year as per policy guidelines.
