∎ Skills Required: Hardware & Networking, Microsoft Excel, MIS, Payroll

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hardware & Networking, IT System Management, IT/ MIS, Payroll

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect the staffs Attendance from all factory and advice attendance for all management staff of the factory
∎ Processes company's wages for every month
∎ Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
∎ Attendance Analysis
∎ Need to prepare different reports like a holiday, night bill, Overtime & Convenience Bill, Production Disruption.
∎ Workers Increment.
∎ Man-machine ratio analysis
∎ Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences
∎ Coordinate with Finance & Accounts Department, IT Department Factory Payroll officers, Production accountant, Zonal Heads from time to time
∎ Any report required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have experience in garments or textile industries.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.
∎ Should have good communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 24000 (Monthly)

∎ Mobile bill, Insurance, Over time allowance
∎ As per company policy
