Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and update Kormee as a key HRIS Software.
∎ Prepare daily monthly manpower report.
∎ Prepare monthly wages & salary sheet with comparing related records & documents in excel.
∎ Manage and coordinate with accounts department for proper payments and deductions like Income Tax and Others.
∎ Prepare various types of payment sheets such as final settlement, maternity benefit, earn leave encashment bill, PF settlement, festival bonus bill etc.
∎ Entry and update employee basic information including promotion, increment, transfer etc.
∎ Maintain leave records with hard copy of leave form and handling workers database leaves and attendance management.
∎ Generate & provide various audit report such as first-party & third-party social compliance audit like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, etc.
∎ Prepare different HR reports in Excel for upper management, finance and accounts department and others.
∎ Any other tasks given by superiors.
