The selected candidate will actively contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of various HR and administrative projects.
Responsibilities:
- Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain precise attendance records, track employee leaves, and provide timely reports to management.
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening CVs, taking primary interviews, design & scheduling technical interviews, and coordinating with HR Team members to facilitate efficient & effective Talent Acquisitions.
- New Hire Onboarding: Facilitate seamless onboarding for new employees by conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
- Performance Appraisal: Support the implementation and monitoring of the organization's performance appraisal system.
- HR Policy Development & Compliance: Participate in the development, review, and drafting of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with labour laws.
- Employee Engagement Activities: Organize employee events, celebrations, and recognition programs to enhance satisfaction and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Employer Branding Initiatives: Develop creative content ideas, design visuals using Illustrator/Photoshop/Canva, and support employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, other social media platforms.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Handle sourcing, vendor communication, quotation comparison, and purchase order processing for office supplies and administrative requirements.
- General Administrative: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance and coordinate logistics as needed.
- Office Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and equipment levels, maintain updated inventory logs, and ensure timely replenishment to prevent shortages.
