∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law & Rules and ILO convention relevant on Sweater sector in Bangladesh.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To make aware the employees about leave procedure, maternity benefits, working hour & over time system according to labour law.
∎ Help Floor Admin Officer to arrange the workers to attend all the training programs.
∎ Check all the registers which are maintaining on the floor, it's maintaining properly or not.
∎ Ensure Fire Fighter 6%, Rescuer 6% & First Aider 6% on each floor and update the list regularly.
∎ Ensure proper and safe housekeeping on the production floor, inform to housekeeping supervisor to ensure it, if any discrepancy observe.
∎ Respect to the Company's Policy, Rules & Regulation and follow them accordingly.
∎ Absent counseling and motivation
∎ Well housekeeping and Monitoring
∎ New personal the Prepared and information to payroll concern
∎ Existing personal file properly update
∎ Daily attendance report submit to Management
∎ Provide Gate pass and Medical passed.
∎ Check daily absent report
∎ ID card , Uniform, Scarf, musk, shoes bag and PPE distribution to all employees.
∎ Factory related all register cheek and Verification.
∎ Daily Lunch out report submit to management.
∎ Responsible for disbursement of salary, bonus or any kinds of payment in the factory
∎ Electrical issue Safety in the Floor.
∎ Maintains issue Safety in the Floor.
∎ Any attendance related claim should be record & to be solved & Record keeping
