Job Responsibilities:
∎ Human Resources:
∎ Provide day-to-day human resources support
∎ Maintain employee attendance and leave records
∎ Maintain personnel records
∎ Draft different letters
∎ Post job advertisements & organize interviews
∎ Assist in training and development activities
∎ Administration:
∎ Provide day-to-day administrative support
∎ Deliver administrative courtesy to all meetings and trainings
∎ Assist in pursuing necessary permits & certifications
∎ Attend office security matters
∎ Attend disciplinary matters
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Pro-active, Independent. Self-Motivated and Result Oriented
∎ Ability to deliver demanding business objectives and goals
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the organization
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English with the ability to present clear, well-structured reports and briefs
∎ Candidate should have good computer skills- Ms. Word, Excel & Power-point
