∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and process monthly payroll for factory workers and staff accurately and on time. Ensure proper calculation of overtime, bonuses, deductions, and allowances.
∎ Maintain payroll records and resolve any payroll-related discrepancies.
∎ Managing gratuities, provident fund contributions, and employee benefits, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and corporate policy.
∎ Maintain compliance with the Factories Act, Bangladesh Labor Law, and other laws by tracking and updating factory records and communicating with government officials, labor inspectors, and auditors.
∎ Managing administrative tasks related to manufacturing operations, including employee schedules, leave logs, and attendance, while also ensuring the cleanliness, security, and upkeep of the building.
∎ Managing factory worker recruitment, onboarding, orientation, addressing grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution, while also conducting safety, compliance, and company policy training sessions.
