• Age 20 to 25 years
• Only Male

Educational Requirements:

• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates having experience in any HR/Marketing agency will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:

• 0 to 2 years (agency background preferred).

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and target-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media communication.

• Manage headhunting, recruitment, and talent management projects.
• Maintain communication with potential corporate clients for HR services.
• Coordinate the overall payroll management process.
• Assist in developing HR proposals and client presentations.
• Support HR operations, documentation, and reporting.
• Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
