Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Fashion Group, with 50 years of excellence in eye care, is hiring an Executive for its Head Office HR Department.
∎ Candidates must have In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
∎ Must be Computer skill especially in MS Word, MS Excel and Internet Browsing with Bengali & English typing speed.
∎ Handle the various audit for supporting HR related documents.
∎ Prepare and provide different HR & Payroll information as per the management requirements.
∎ Ensure proper payroll account card check and status update.
∎ Look after HR operations, including grievance handling, absenteeism, and leave management of Company.
∎ Prepare various report like resign, lefty, new join, ID card, audit documents, H&M PD data information.
∎ Input new employee Information (personal details, position, salary, Increment, leave records) as well as checking and updating existing all employee information in HRM Software.
∎ Daily attendance purpose ensures face / finger punch machine data receive, process and saving in HRM software.
∎ Ensure daily & monthly attendance for all employees.
∎ Generate monthly salary sheet, OT payment sheet, pay slip and various types of payment sheets from HRM software.
∎ Generate yearly earn leave encashment sheet and festival bonus sheet.
∎ Handle the various local govt. authority for supporting HR related activities.
∎ Any other task assign (related with designation) by department head/management.
