Responsibilities & Context:

• Oversee overall administrative and operational activities of the Eye Hospital.

• Ensure smooth coordination among doctors, nurses, technicians, and support staff.

• Manage daily hospital operations, patient services, and workflow efficiency.

• Responsible to assist doctors as and when required.

• To maintain doctors attendants schedule.  

• Responsible to take good care of every patient.

• Be counseling to patient /attendant on service purpose with sound confidence. 

• To issue & receipt the operation register and its record keep by software.

• Daily attending patients register and its keep record patients service information.

• Maintaining all the medical tools/equipment/machines.

• To be responsible for achieving operation target, creating demand by prescriptions through proper and effective communication aided by updated medical and operation information to package of all levels. Offer information to assist patients in understanding how to properly take their prescribed medications.

• Ability to good reasoning skills and quick thinking to a rep's problem-solving.
