Lab Science Diagnostic, a leading quality-focused diagnostic facility, is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Biochemist (Biochemistry & Immunology Laboratory).

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform and supervise routine and specialized Biochemistry and Immunology laboratory testing.

• Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards, SOPs, and biosafety requirements.

• Implement, monitor, and document Internal Quality Control (IQC) and External Quality Assessment/Quality Control (EQA/EQC) programs.

• Review and validate test results before release.

• Monitor analyzer performance, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Train and supervise laboratory personnel to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Participate in laboratory quality improvement initiatives and accreditation activities.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Master's degree in Biochemistry from a recognized university.

• Minimum 3–7 years of hands-on experience in a reputable diagnostic laboratory or hospital laboratory.

• Strong practical knowledge of Clinical Biochemistry and Immunology laboratory operations.

• Sound understanding of Internal Quality Control (IQC), External Quality Assessment (EQA/EQC), laboratory quality management systems, and laboratory accreditation requirements (e.g., ISO 15189) will be considered an added advantage.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.

• Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS) and computerized laboratory operations is desirable.
