Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Overseeing Internal Quality Control (IQC) and quality assurance activities
Preparing and reviewing laboratory reports
Ensuring sample validation and proper documentation
Monitoring reagent validity and inventory control
Supervising machine calibration and maintenance
Managing and supervising laboratory staff
Ensuring compliance with SOPs and laboratory standards
Maintaining records related to quality, equipment, and operations
Supporting accreditation and audit activities (if applicable)
