Responsibilities & Context:
Roster duty, Weekly 48 hours
It is important to know the condition of the admitted patient well and round the admitted patient every day.
Ability to work effectively with a team of medical professionals.
Patient Care Providing direct medical care to inpatients and outpatients.
Monitoring and Assessment Regularly monitoring patient progress, vital signs, and overall health.
Medical Procedures Assisting in medical procedures, performing routine examinations, and interpreting test results.
Responding promptly to medical emergencies and providing immediate care (IPD & OPD).
Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including consultants, nurses, and specialists.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
To better understand patients and their families about their medical condition and treatment plan.
Providing on-call coverage and responding to emergencies during their shift.
