Responsibilities & Context:

Selling medicines and other pharmacy products;

Assisting customers with a very polite and professional manner;

Adhering to the organization's policies;

Keeping any internal matters of the organization confidential during the employment period;

Providing the correct medicine according to the customer's prescription;

Informing the customer about the name, dosage and instructions for use of the medicine;

Checking the stock and informing the authorities about stock-out/expired medicines;

Operating the billing and cash counter properly;

Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the pharmacy;

Performing any other duties assigned by the authorities.
