Experience:
Must be proficient and fluent in English.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
Supervise and monitor workers’ and staff attendance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Support manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and placement in line with approved plans.
Prepare, issue, and maintain all appointment/contract letters as per company policy.
Coordinate and implement performance appraisal of workers and staff.
Supervise factory HR team and ensure proper execution of HR functions.
Identify and support actions for poor performers as well as high-potential employees.
Handle employee grievances, disputes, disciplinary issues, and ensure proper communication with Head Office HR.
Support employee motivation and counseling programs (absenteeism, turnover, productivity, workplace conduct, etc.).
Participate in Workers’ Participation Committee (WPC) meetings and ensure effective grievance management.
