Responsibilities & Context:
Providing all HR related support to employees.
Employment of Human Resource.
Arrange orientation programme for new employees.
Interact and motivate employees to achieve their set objectives by ensuring engagement of employees.
Arrange performance appraisal of employees.
Nourish Company Culture and ensure good working environment.
Maintain and update records and files.
Conduct different Surveys on employees.
Assist Management to look after HR affairs of the Company.
Any other task assigned by reporting officer (s).
