Responsibilities & Context:
To research and find out prospective manufacturers/suppliers of selected product (machinery or raw materials) from selected countries.
Gather market information (Bangladesh Market) about the selected products.
Communication (Written and oral) with the selected overseas Manufacturers/Suppliers of machinery/raw materials.
To collect quotation/offer from selected overseas Manufacturers/Suppliers as per requirement of customers.
To prepare a technical and commercial quotation/ offer of machinery/raw materials correctly and completely according to requirement of Customer.
To negotiate the scope of supply, technical parameters of products and price with overseas Manufacturers/Suppliers.
To deal with Indent/Pro-forma Invoice, LC, Shipping documents, Payment against LC, etc.
To deal with commercial matters related to import of goods/products.
To maintain and update all documents of the Division in time.
Other work/ task/ assignment given by the Management.
