Job Context:
∎ Shatarupa Group is a growing textile related company looking for a talented HR Admin to build-up a skilled HR Administration team for our Factory, Sales and Distribution Office in Dhaka.
∎ As an HR Admin you will be responsible for supporting the human resources department by performing administrative tasks concerns within the company.
∎ Typically develop the organizational rule, mission, vision and objectives in order to ensure the employees are doing coincide with their job responsibilities and also coordinate with the productivity or performance reports of employees.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Human Resource (HR) department and assist them in their duties or HR-related issues.
∎ Manage Administration, ensure end to end recruitment, selection and induction.
∎ To design, develop, update and maintain HR policies and concepts.
∎ Coordinate with employees and arrangement of different types of meeting, training, campaign, employee engagement program etc under the guidance of supervision.
∎ Manage effective performance management system, payroll, compensation and benefits of the company.
∎ Manage Attendance and Leave of the employees closely work to minimize the absenteeism of employees.
∎ Ensure employees job responsibilities and implement KPI across the organization and involve quarterly/yearly employee performance review process.
∎ Assist with strategic HR functions, supervise the overall HR & Admin division and any other job assigned by the management.
∎ Handle legal and issues relevant to the HR & Admin department and maintain relationships with law enforcement and government officers.
∎ Follow up all data, records, reports, formats, statement, rank & files, Books & Registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per compliance requirement / standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ An excellent knowledge in Labor Law and other employment-related procedures, terms and conditions, or regulations.
∎ Ability to manage people with ease and with less supervision.
∎ Superior communication skills in both written and verbal form.
∎ Interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with employee's concerns or problems within the work environment.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
∎ Must be well dressed, presentable, smart, matured, well organized and punctual.
