Master’s Degree in HRM or MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR and administration
Experience working with NGOs, development projects, or corporate organizations will be preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor law, and administrative procedures
Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities
Support overall HR and administrative operations of the organization
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personal files
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation processes
Coordinate payroll support, leave management, and HR documentation
Handle office administration, logistics, and vendor coordination
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor laws
Support training, performance management, and staff welfare activities
Perform any other duties assigned by management
