Ability to work independently and under pressure
Basic understanding of operational compliance and reporting
Willing to travel frequently within the Khulna region and capable of riding a motorcycle with a valid driving license.

- Max Social Enterprise Ltd. is seeking a motivated and dynamic Executive Operations (Contractual) to support Khulna region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual and monthly operational plans for RO production, distribution, and sales.
- Develop a forecast of water demand, align it with production capacity, and identify the additional resources required to meet future needs.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the RO plant, ensuring optimal performance, preventive maintenance, and minimal downtime.
- Oversee fleet and logistics for bottled water distribution to customers, retail outlets, and community points.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets; drive initiatives to expand the customer base.
- Ensure transparent and efficient billing, tariff collection, and account reconciliation
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team (plant operators, technicians, drivers, sales agents, customer service staff).
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training to enhance skills and accountability.
- Foster a safe, compliant, and performance-driven work culture
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, community leaders, customers, and regulatory bodies.
- Represent the project in meetings with government officials, partners, and donors.
- Handle community concerns, complaints, and disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in operational planning, reporting, and documentation
- Monitor service delivery, customer issues, and operational compliance
- Maintain records related to operations, billing, and performance tracking
- Support vendor coordination and follow-up activities
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures
