Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and supply chain management.

• Experience working with NGOs, development projects, or private sector organizations will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Sound knowledge of procurement procedures and supply chain operations.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• High level of integrity and accountability.

Role Description: Max Social Enterprise Ltd. (MSE) invites applications from competent, dynamic, and experienced professionals for the position of Executive – Procurement & Supply Chain to be based at its Dhaka office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities in compliance with organizational policies and procedures

• Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor documentation

• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, conduct comparative analysis, and support vendor selection

• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and inventory management

• Maintain proper procurement and supply chain records and documentation

• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services as per approved specifications

• Support audit and compliance requirements related to procurement

• Perform any other tasks assigned by management
