1.Coordinate with the Implementation Department, Procurement Team, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and timely procurement and supply support for project activities.

2. Monitor the material flow chain from procurement to delivery at the project site to ensure materials are supplied on time and according to project requirements.

3. Review and verify Requisition Forms on a case-by-case basis to ensure accuracy and necessity before initiating the procurement process.

4. Ensure proper utilization of internal material resources by checking existing stock before approving or recommending new purchases.

5. Coordinate with the Fixed Asset and Inventory Department to obtain accurate information on current project stock and material availability.

6. Maintain effective communication among departments to resolve procurement-related issues and delays

7.Ability to monitor and track material flow Good organizational and documentation skills

8.Attention to detail in reviewing requisitions and stock availability
