The applicant should have Sound knowledge on Human Resource Management, BLL- 2006,
Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety rules and regulations
Manage attendance and leave of employees and handle HRIS.
Implement HR initiatives and employee welfare programs.
Provide support to corporate HR Team for recruitment.
Resolve queries of management staff related to HR policies and processes.
Assist in annual performance management process as guided by HR Head or his appointee.
Ensure safe and healthy work environment for employees.
Provide support to internal and external stakeholders for any HR related issues.
Monitor adherence to safety procedures by all employees through regular checks across the office premises·
Handle escalation pertaining to administrative issues and recommend solutions.
Ensure internal customer satisfaction with housekeeping services through regular checks
Any other tasks assign by management.
