Act as Key account manager for designated client.
Periodical business analysis and market analysis.
Proactive client engagement for increasing sale.
All necessary activities related to increase customer satisfaction and customer retention.
Assistance to revenue assurance department to ensure better business growth.
Acquire market intelligence from all available resources.
Preparation of periodical reports.
Innovation of new service-related products.
Business forecast and marketing plan.
Any other duty assigned by the authority.
